Any company can join SoDA regardless of its size. Among the member firms, more than half employ fewer than 50 employees and 43% of them employ fewer than 25 employees. Such a combination of small and large software houses allows for the fusion of experiences and know-how sharing at every stage of development.

The SoDA bench is one of the most important benefits. Owing to the dedicated SoDA Slack channels, member companies can easily and quickly publish ads among proven companies. Among the member companies, there are tens of thousands of programmers with experience in almost all industries and technologies. Exchanging leads and recommendations is very simple!

At SoDA, we organize SoDA Locals (locally, for owners of software houses of various sizes) and SoDA Connect (for managers of HR, Marketing, and Sales departments). Employees of companies associated with SoDA have full free access to our industry reports, insights and case studies as part of the SoDA Academy platform. In the FOR MEDIA section, we also provide interesting industry news that can be used in press releases.

All employees of the member company can use the SoDA offer within the scope of one fee. Companies gain contact with employees of several hundred software houses (as well as the opportunity to meet the SoDA community) and access to training, as well as attractive partnerships and discounts.
