Why is it worth taking part in the report?

The SoDA Salary Report stands out from other generally available IT industry salary surveys in that it is based on real (from HR departments), clearly defined salary rates. Publicly available reports, however, are analyzes of salary ranges posted in advertisements on Internet portals.

The report will answer the questions:

• How do you really make money in IT?
• What do salaries look like for specific positions?
• How much do specialists in senior, mid and regular positions earn?
• What does retention look like in Polish software houses?

Each SoDA member company that takes part in the survey will receive not only a general presentation of wage results, but also a benchmark, i.e. a list of the wages it offers compared to market data.

The SoDA salary report is available as part of the membership fee, other market reports cost several dozen thousand zlotys.

Registration for the meeting is open only to SoDA member companies.

The meeting will be held in Polish.
