• Agata Majewska – Specialist in consulting for employers and personal data protection. In the Ślązak, Zapiór i Partnerzy law firm, he advises entrepreneurs, in particular in matters related to labor law and personal data protection in employment. He represents employers in court disputes in matters relating to labor law and social security, including: unequal treatment, discrimination, mobbing, claims related to the termination of employment contracts. She advises on collective and individual labor law, in particular cooperation with employee representatives, employment restructuring, including collective redundancies, employment of temporary workers and outsourcing of services, posting of employees and employment of foreigners.

• Katarzyna Sakowska – PhD in law with a specialization in labor law. At LegalHut, he specializes in broadly understood employment and new technologies law. He provides ongoing support to software houses and startups in the field of legal services for technological projects. He takes part in creating, giving opinions and negotiating contracts for programming services, including implementation, license and maintenance agreements (SLA). He participates in legal services for cloud solutions. She advises on employee matters and related to various forms of establishing cooperation under civil law. It supports processes related to staff migration within capital groups and mergers of enterprises.
