Then, during the pandemic, teleconferences and organized online events became more and more popular and full of valuable topics and powerful discussions.<\/p>\n<p id=\"2c79\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph kj kk iy kl b km kn ko kp kq kr ks kt ku kv kw kx ky kz la lb lc ld le lf lg ir ga\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">Now, most SoDA meetings have a\u00a0hybrid form, so that participation in\u00a0the events is comfortable and adapted to\u00a0the capabilities of all participants. In\u00a0response to\u00a0their needs, we\u00a0decided to\u00a0establish special types of meetings, dedicated to\u00a0specific locations, topics of discussion, or\u00a0types of job positions. Below, we\u00a0have compiled the three most important groups of meetings that should be\u00a0permanently entered into your calendars.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d12876e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"d12876e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. During these meetings, big, medium, and small companies from similar locations can meet each other and exchange experiences. In\u00a0this way, smaller companies can ask about the development path of the larger ones, and the latter has a\u00a0chance to\u00a0observe systems and solutions implemented in\u00a0smaller companies. In\u00a0addition, participants have the opportunity to\u00a0matchmaking and exchange needs. Every SoDA Local is organized in\u00a0a\u00a0special place, chosen from among the top places on\u00a0the city map. Thanks to\u00a0this, the networking is often completed by\u00a0good food and a\u00a0unique atmosphere.<\/p>\n<p id=\"0de0\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph kj kk iy kl b km kn ko kp kq kr ks kt ku kv kw kx ky kz la lb lc ld le lf lg ir ga\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">There is also the online type of this cycle \u2014<strong class=\"kl iz\">\u00a0SoDA Locals Online<\/strong>. It\u2019s also organized as\u00a0often as\u00a0Live (and soon more than once a\u00a0quarter). Each meeting has a\u00a0specific leading topic and moderator, which is usually one of the SoDA members.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-16c818b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"16c818b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Exactly\u00a0<strong class=\"kl iz\">29,000 employees<\/strong>\u00a0of various specializations (as\u00a0of February 2022), which is a\u00a0powerful source of knowledge and contacts. Especially for them, we\u00a0launch the SoDA Connect initiative \u2014\u00a0the meetings connecting specialists from larger departments, such as\u00a0<strong class=\"kl iz\">HR or\u00a0Marketing<\/strong>, from all companies that are in\u00a0SoDA.<\/p>\n<p id=\"3776\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph kj kk iy kl b km kn ko kp kq kr ks kt ku kv kw kx ky kz la lb lc ld le lf lg ir ga\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">As\u00a0in\u00a0SoDA Locals, the meetings are held regularly, have a\u00a0leading topic of discussion, and are moderated by\u00a0volunteers, i.e. employees of departments of the various member companies.<\/p>\n<p id=\"05b7\" class=\"pw-post-body-paragraph kj kk iy kl b km kn ko kp kq kr ks kt ku kv kw kx ky kz la lb lc ld le lf lg ir ga\" data-selectable-paragraph=\"\">For now, SoDA Locals is starting a\u00a0pilot online formula. The last meeting for the HR group was held on\u00a0February 16th with the topic \u201cBuilding remote relationships while working remotely\u201d. SoDA Conference is the largest SoDA event that attracts not only the vast majority of member companies but also other IT enthusiasts. The<strong class=\"kl iz\">\u00a0two-day meeting\u00a0<\/strong>combines the possibility of\u00a0<strong class=\"kl iz\">networking<\/strong>\u00a0a huge community focused on\u00a0new technologies with a\u00a0large dose of\u00a0<strong class=\"kl iz\">knowledge<\/strong>\u00a0from the stage \u2014\u00a0the event is honored by\u00a0the speeches of experts and practitioners in\u00a0the IT industry.
